About the Studio Space

One all-gender washroom
Water tap for drinking water replenishment and for hand washing (we keep dancers hydrated and hygienic!)

Coat hooks, footwear station, and cubbies for belongings
For instructors: separate instructor washroom, private waiting room with storage space and refrigerator.
For everyone: comfy waiting/hang-out area
Dance-floor size is a cozy 600 sq. ft (approx). Dance floor fits 12-15 dancers for solo/group lessons, or around 10 pairs for partner dances (more than that feels cozy like a New York dance studio).
Room capacity: 80 people, total space is 1400 sq. ft
Studio is accessed via a stairway (we are located on a 2nd floor).
Mirror installation is in progress - hoping for autumn install
Applying for licensing to serve beverages --- more news soon.
For events requiring tables and chairs, renter must provide their own.
Depending on the nature of the event, renter may need to carry insurance.

One-time workshops and masterclasses (including for visiting teachers)

Yoga sessions* (please know that we share walls with another active dance studio, so we are rarely a quiet space!)
