• Dance-floor size is a cozy 600 sq. ft (approx). Dance floor fits 12-15 dancers for solo/group lessons, or around 10 pairs for partner dances (more than that feels cozy like a New York dance studio).

• Room capacity: 80 people, total space is 1400 sq. ft

• Studio is accessed via a stairway (we are located on a 2nd floor).

• For events requiring tables and chairs, renter must provide their own.

• Depending on the nature of the event, renter may need to carry insurance.

Our studio can be rented for:

• Dance and fitness classes

• One-time workshops and masterclasses (including for visiting teachers)

• Practice/rehearsals for community ensembles and small dance companies

• Yoga sessions* (please know that we share walls with another active dance studio, so we are rarely a quiet space!)

• Acting classes and workshops

• Private lessons and rehearsals

• Networking events 

• Small music and dance performances

• Social dancing

• Auditions

• Any gathering with music, dance, movement, and culture at its core
